Scope of Position:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the supervision and management of the Retail Sales Management team for a specified sales region in an effort to achieve all market and budget objectives. The position is directly responsible for the development and leadership of Store Managers and Sales Associates in our stores. The selected candidate will oversee designated retail operations and ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed.

Specific Responsibilities:

Develops and implements a strong retail program that achieves or exceeds established sales targets.
Responsible for hiring, training and the general development of Sales Associates within their market.
Develops and implements a sales and marketing plan that achieves established goals for cost of sales as well as maintains commissions and expenses at or below budget levels.
Provides management with information concerning changes and development of marketing and or competitive issues on a regular basis.
Monitors cliental activity and operations to ensure consistent and efficient operation is achieved.
Provides leadership and development of the Sales Associates to achieve maximum productivity performance.
Works closely with the Sales Associates to teach and develop their operational and managerial knowledge.
Assists the Store Managers with escalated customer issues rising from the course of normal business.
Completes all required Human Resource activities relating to the management of the Store Associates.
Participates in community events and public relations activities to develop a positive image for the company in the local community.
Attends all required WWoBn Communications training programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Travels may be required.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or state equivalency certification required.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
Three years of sales experience required. Retail sales experience preferred.
Two years supervisory experience required. Retail supervisory experience preferred.
Retail management experience over multiple locations preferred.
Working knowledge of e-commerce and web development preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
Working knowledge of PC Windows applications (Excel and Word) required.
Strong organizational skills required.
Experience motivating retail managers and associates preferred.
Travel may be required.
